1. How does shipping works?
  • We are a small operation and all custom orders will be processed only during the weekends. Shipping out will only be done once a week. Due to this please expect a minimum of 1-2 weeks of processing and shipping once final payment has been made. Your item may take 8-20 business days to arrive (even though most orders will ship out sooner). Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :) to you. For custom orders, kindly refer to our custom page here.

2. What are the shipping fees?

a. Local Delivery

    • Standard shipping for purchases less than RM120 - flat rate of RM10
    • Free shipping for purchase more than RM120
    • Standard shipping for purchases less than RM120 - flat rate of RM12
    • Free shipping for purchase more than RM120

b. International Delivery

  • Shall be delivered via Air Parcel of Pos Malaysia with weight limit up to 20kg. Final rates shall be calculated by weight at checkout
    • ASIA;
      • Up to 1kg - flat rate of RM128
      • Up to 2kg - flat rate of RM164
      • Up to 3kg - flat rate of RM200

    • INTERNATIONAL - Rest of the world
      • Up to 1kg - flat rate of RM230
      • Up to 2kg - flat rate of RM330
      • Up to 3kg - flat rate of RM430

    3. What about customs?

    • For international orders, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

    4. How long does shipping take?

    • Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
      • MALAYSIA
        • 1-5 business days
      • ASIA
        • 10-20 business days
        • 10-30 business days

    *This does not include our processing time.

    5. Do you provide tracking information?

    • Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you have not received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.

    6. My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

    • For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

    7. Important note

    • Shipping times are estimates and commence after the processing time, and can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.
