Buying Policies

We are a small operation and all custom orders will be processed only during the weekends. Due to this, custom orders can take anywhere from 10 days to 1 month (even though most orders will ship out sooner).

All custom pieces designed or handmade by SheDazzles Art Jewelry require an approval of an estimate given, and a 50% deposit. With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin. The remaining balance will be charged upon completion of the piece and approval from the client. Jewelry will be shipped after receiving the final balance. 

Cancellation Policy:

A customized order cannot be changed or cancelled once your deposit has been paid. This is your agreement and commitment to the order. The deposit will not be refunded if you choose to cancel your order once it has been confirmed and production started.


Imperfections are part of the essence of the brand however, if you feel your piece has a structural fault, please return it to us for a full inspection.

We assess repairs on a case-by-case basis. Due to the nature of our handmade jewelry, occasionally a bead may become loose. In this case we will endeavor to re-set it. We are committed to making our customers happy so please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issues with your purchase.
