Refunds & Returns

We’re confident that you’ll love your purchase; however, you may return your items for any reason within 10 days from the date of delivery and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange, or a refund subject to the following conditions:

Returnable:

We accept returns up to 10 days after the item is delivered for all Regular Stock items - this includes most necklaces, charm bracelets, and other jewelries that have not been resized for you. Made to order jewelries are considered custom and are not returnable (see below). 

We work hard to present all products on our website as accurately as possible. As much as we try to avoid it, on some occasions the information on our website may contain inaccuracies.

We can offer you full refunds at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items received does not match the description
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, colour.
  • Items are in major faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.

To arrange a refund please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

Items returned must be in new condition in their original packaging. Please return your items by an insured delivery method, with plenty of padding, and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit back to us. Refunds will be exclusive of postage costs, except in the unlikely event that you have received faulty goods as above.

As we do not hold surplus sale items in stock, we will be unable to arrange a replacement or exchange product in most instances.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days or soonest.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Note: Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue out a refund. SheDazzles reserves the right to refuse any refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Not returnable:

Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable. Please order carefully and ask any questions in advance of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and we will do my best to help. Personalized orders are final sale with no exceptions. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by  sending a message on Contact Us page.

 ** Please make sure that your mailing address on your receipt is correct! No refunds or credits will be given to items lost or not delivered due to an incorrect address provided by you **
